Lindsay & Cameron: July 2008
The beautiful Gaylord Texan Resort was the setting for Lindsay and Cameron's July wedding. This couple wanted an outdoor wedding but without the summer heat. This 78 degree temperature of the Gazebo and Yellow Rose Ballroom of the Gaylord Texan was just the answer. The flowers, done by Fete des Fluer, were breath taking. They did a fabulous job incorporating her ivory, gold and peach color scheme. The DJ and lighting was done by A Very Special Day (Richard McClure) and we used the University of Miami colors for uplighting during their first dance. Mini burgers and french fries were served as a light night snack after their lavish four course meal which included Pan Seared Petite Fillet Mignon with truffle sauce accompanied by grilled prawns with saffron glaze. The beauty and specter of the night was captured by Joe Rougraff at Capture the Moment Photography.

Father Daughter Dance Songs
One of the questions that I get from my brides is, "What song do you suggest for the father/daughter dance?" Remember this is your turn to thank your father for his support and love throughout the years. Here are a few songs that I suggest:
There Goes My Life - Kenny Chesney
I Loved Her First - Heartland
Butterfly Kisses - Bob Carlisle
Daddy's Girl - Rob Sovine
Isn't She Lovely - Stevie Wonder
Daughter of Mine - John McDermott

Sarah & Aldo : July 2008
La Cima Club was the perfect setting for this July wedding. Sarah and Aldo's guest watched as the couple took their vows in front of a cascade of candles and the skyline of Los Colinas in the background. The Bride and Groom congregated with love ones during their cocktail hour which featured a photo montage of the couple from childhood to present. The guests were then escorted to the Skyline room for a seated dinner Peppercorn Seared Petit Filet and Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast. After dancing the night away the couple stopped to kiss under the line of sparklers their guest were holding prior to their grand exit on a gondola. Check out the fabulous photos taken by John Christopher Photography. John also provided a photo booth for the guests which was one of the highlights of the night.

Megan and Will : March 2008
Megan and Will were a pleasure to work with. This couple went to Texas A&M as did Megan's parents. The weddings was held at the First Christian Church of Fort Worth and was absolutely beautiful. Weddings of Elegance did the pocket invites and program. I absolutely love Mike and Rejana Krause (Bludoor Studios) who got some great shots. The reception was a very lively one held at the Diamond Oaks Country Club in Ft. Worth. Their guests danced all night long.....literally. It was a lot of fun.
